I bought my first home in the financial district and needed someone to paint and update the closets in my bedroom, and was referred to John by a colleague at work. From the start, they were extremely professional - joined me on the final walkthrough of my unit just before closing. They communicated clearly and often, and had all the necessary insurance paperwork required by the condominium management company. Once work began, John gave me frequent updates and worked with me to make sure every part of the project was progressing satisfactorily. They removed the closet doors effectively and cleaned/updated the frame to house the new doors. They were also very clean when they painted and removed/reinstalled curtains and blinds effectively. If anything needed to be changed, they would do it immediately. John did one final sweep with me on the day work completed to make sure everything was to my liking.
